Houston Financial Empowerment Centers
The Financial Empowerment Centers (FECs) provide one-to-one, professional financial counseling to Houstonians at no cost to residents. An initiative of the Mayor’s Office of Complete Communities and with support from the national nonprofit organizations, Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund and Regions Bank.
OBO Solutions Center
Office of Business Opportunity Solutions Center is a resource center for established and aspiring entrepreneurs that provides information on city, county, state and federal regulations affecting the operation of Houston area businesses.
Houston Complete Communities is about improving neighborhoods so that all of Houston’s residents and business owners can have access to quality services and amenities.
